Methodology
Most acquisitions fail
due to the poor execution of the integration
plan. While each investment situation is different,
we have developed a basic integration methodology to improve
the results of strong businesses and salvage those businesses
suffering from financial difficulty. This methodology
has two stages:
Stage 1: Stabilize the business
(6-12 months)
Implement our ERP package
Develop incentive plans for all
employees
Make adjustments based on information
(headcount reduction, plant layout, customer pricing)
Develop operational infrastructure to
run the business efficiently
Stage 2: Expansion (12-24 months)
Determine new markets where we can
sell our products.
Develop plan for entering these
markets (internal or acquisition)
